I am a UK resident and did not buy the football boot from the adidas store but it is part of their product line, but i cannot contact adidas on what to do.|||ALWAYS go to the store you bought stuff from before approaching the manufacturer.
If you are not covered by a stores return policy, chances are you wont be covered by the manufacturer.
PLUS, getting a response from manufacturers is fraught with notorious delays
