Is a size 6 for adidas Originals Men's Campus NBA Sneaker the same as a size six for vans?

I am looking at this shoe and it is a size 6 D(M) but it says "Product measurements were taken using size 9.5." What does that mean? If i am normally a size 9.5(for example vans authentic and adidas gazelles), will this shoe fit me?|||mybe you can try to search "enjoyjersy" in google, the result will told you.|||I think so
