How to change time on Adidas Wooster watch?

So today I bought an Adidas Wooster Neon watch and the time was already set. The only problem is that it's an hour ahead. I searched online for a way to change it and even the adidas online manuel doesn't help. I've tried using their methods but that didn't help at all. So can someone tell me how to change it?|||ya
