Is it acceptable for a guy to wear Adidas samba shoes with no socks?

Like with a pair of khaki shorts and a polo shirt? Going on vacation to Myrtle beach soon with some friends. Want to take more then just my flip flops and Asics runners, I'm thinking about buying a pair of Adidas Samba's off Zappos, are these comfy shoes to wear with no socks?|||wont your feet get gross and sweaty?|||They may be comfy with no socks, but you are better off buying New Balance sneakers, they have arch support and much more comfy to wear with no socks.
