They have the micro chip in the shoe to make the shoes change on what surface I am running on.
I usually throw my running shoes in the washing machine if they really need it. Can the same be done with these shoes or will they be ruined? I have run in the rain and nothing happened to the micro chip in the shoe.|||A little dish soap on a paper towl, no water, just rub off the soap with a dry paper towl that is so the shoes look brand new and wont get wrinkles after wearing them again.|||arent they supposed to be waterproof?? idk. i am actually looking for a new pair. Are they any good? i have heard mixed reviews

|||first make sure they are dry.. then get a stiff brush and brush out as much dirt and mud as possable then take some rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth and spot clean...stick the shoe laces in the alcohol and run the cloth over it and when it dries its real clean,,scrub the bad spots with the brush and alcohol and clean cloth...
dont try to clean wet muddy shoes always let them dry so you can brush the mud off rather than add liquid and soak mud in.. do the same for the inside...brush out pour some alcohol on clean cloth and rub inside shoe follow up with baby powder or corn starch...or if you have money...foot powder or take them to cleaners
